As a Project Planner your role will require you to work across multiple projects for both clients and contractors across Construction / Utilities and Infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing
• Produce high quality programmes for both tenders and live projects, including pre-construction and construction phases.
• Monitor and control project effectiveness, key outputs trackers and advise of any deviation
• Assist project teams in delivering projects on time and on the most efficient manners.
• Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
• Identify changes in work scope in the project plan and produce impacted programmes.
• Develop claims for Extension of Time and narratives to support programmes.
• Ensure to convey required project data and information to project teams.
• Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports / dashboards for management.
• Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management

What we’re looking for
• A relevant degree qualification in engineering/construction or equivalent.
• Operational experience (i.e. site engineer/agent) together with experience of planning as a Project Planner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including writing reports and presenting
• Understanding of engineering principles
• Time Management and planning
• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of planning software
• Strong problem solving
• Budget and financial management
