CSA Engineer - Earth Works and Piling

We are hiring for a CSA Engineer for an earthworks and piling package of works, to join our on-site team on an exciting high-tech development project in Groningen, Netherlands.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a pivotal role in the delivery of complex civil works, ensuring precision, quality, and safety throughout the lifecycle of the project.

• Site Engineering & Setting Out: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is executed in line with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret and implement technical drawings, resolve design challenges, and contribute to technical solutions in real-time.
• Package Oversight: Manage key work packages, particularly earthworks, piling, formwork, and concrete pours.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Health & Safety First: Champion a safe site environment and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and support procurement and design documentation where needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary educated civil engineer,  experience in civil or structural site engineering, (earthworks and piling  packages experience a bonus).
• Exposure to large-scale construction or infrastructure projects – experience on data centres or industrial builds is ideal but not essential.
• Strong CAD understanding and the ability to review, develop or support the production of design drawings.
• Confident communicator and problem solver – able to liaise effectively with diverse teams and contractors on site.
• Willingness to work abroad and embrace international collaboration.
