Your Impact
As a Project Manager, you'll drive the successful delivery of complex electrical projects, overseeing HSEQ standards, operational excellence, and commercial performance across all project activities, ensuring our utility connection projects adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead projects according to our comprehensive SHEQ and LRQA policies, conducting technical and safety audits to maintain the highest standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, utility companies, DNOs, IDNOs, and stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within budget
- Provide clear direction to project teams, develop high-performing teams, and maintain your professional development and industry knowledge
Your Expertise
- Experience with high voltage electrical systems up to 400kV including cable installation, jointing and substation works
- Knowledge of renewable energy connections including solar, wind, and battery storage systems
- Qualifications including SMSTS or equivalent, NVQ Level 4, and ideally NRSWA Supervisor certification
- Understanding of civil works, carriageway experience, cost planning, and relevant industry guidelines (NJUG, SSEN, National Grid, UK Power Networks)
