What You’ll Be Doing

Managing commercial activities ethically while maintaining a competitive edge
Reviewing and assessing risks and opportunities
Ensuring accurate month-end CVR reporting
Overseeing cost monitoring, pricing, and procurement
Developing and applying commercial systems and procedures
Supporting the financial health and cash flow of projects

What We’re Looking For

Degree/HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
Experience working within a Civil Engineering contractor
Experience with Either NEC or JCT contract types
A team player with excellent communication skills
Someone with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
