The role of the Data Center Integration and Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. We are seeking a Program Manager with the ability to self-direct and who has a strong background in Data Center Construction & Fit-out projects, with an emphasis on passive telecom infrastructure/construction management.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the integration of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) and telecommunications systems (data, voice, video) within the data centre.
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of these systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for the implementation and integration of new technologies.
- The ITIM will be a relentless advocate for managing a safe worksite , supporting the implementation of the High Risk Activity (HRA) program and work with our Construction PM and landlord groups to deliver trade collaboration methods to improve safe working and co-ordination of the job sites.
- The ITIM is responsible for coordinating internal blu-3 scope and resource efforts, requirements, and schedules with those of the Client, Owned Vendors and Suppliers to ensure a smooth and timely handover of the fitted out Data Centre facility and capacity to the client Operations team and Business Groups.

What we’re looking for
• 5 years plus experience with working within data centres
• Lead Document Controller experience
• Managing project systems across multiple projects
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar related discipline
• Extensive knowledge of departmental processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• A motivated self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
