As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will report into the Financial Partner and will be given full accountability for the whole subcontractor and sales invoice process at blu-3.
What you’ll be doing
• Approve and post subcontractor payment notices – Check CIS, VAT and labour and non-labour category are correct.
• Subcontractor statement reconciliation.
• Working with Quantity Surveyors within the Commercial team to make sure payment notices are processed on time and efficiently.
• CIS & RCT check and CIS monthly return preparation.
• Raising project and adhoc sales invoices within 24 hours and making sure they are compliant within the relevant country’s legislation.
• Attending weekly credit control meetings and escalating any issues in line with blu-3 processes.
• Risk Register journals after Senior Finance Partner review.
• Monthly Purchase and Sales ledger retention reconciliation and raising relevant sales invoices.
• Subcontractor set up and CIS verification.
• Project set up and maintenance.
• Project transfer journals
• Input CVR forecasts to 4PS
• Maintenance of Sales and Subcontractor inbox
• Sending Self Billing invoices and monthly CIS Statement to subcontractors
• Adhoc projects
