What you’ll be doing
- Diary management, planning and organising the activities of the COO & CFO. Understanding the business priorities to manage the diaries ensuring effective and efficient use of time
- Email management, process incoming e-mails, taking action/responding where appropriate, sorting/filing remaining emails to allow ease of access
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Arrange, facilitate and attend, where applicable, internal/external meetings on behalf of the COO, CFO and senior leadership team
- Prepare memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and presentations
- Support with meeting actions
- Assist with the review and processing of legal documentation
- Support the COO & CFO to oversee the operations of the company
- Organise and maintain manual filing and create electronic files on internal systems
- Manage internal and external calls
- Assist with business development and client relationship management
- Events management, assist the corporate support team and attend, where applicable, internal/external events
- Complete timesheets and expenses claims
- Minute taking
- Travel domestically and internationally on a frequent basis
- Provide support to the corporate support team to ensure the smooth running of the department, as required
- Any other reasonable requests as required by management

What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience at an executive level and a proven record of excellent EA/PA skills
- Have advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and ideally Adobe packages.
- Have the ability to judge a context, make connections and build relationships
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to form networks at all levels
- Have superb organisational and administration skills
- Be confident when working under pressure, while maintaining a sense of humour
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to manage projects concurrently
- Have a knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Be able to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to travel, as required
