As an Assistant Project Planner your role will require you to work across multiple projects for both clients and contractors across Construction / Utilities and Infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing
• Provide planning services to both project and pre-construction teams
• Gather data on-site in order to update programmes for live projects
• Collate & validate project progress reports
• Produce weekly work plans and update contract programmes
• Contribute to the development of the team and how it supports the business
• Develop relationships with internal teams, consultants, clients and suppliers
• Any other reasonable requests by management

What we’re looking for
• Degree qualified within relevant subject
• Industry experience preferred
• Clean Full UK Driver's license essential due to location
• Passionate about work, committed to excellence and continuous improvement
• Remain calm and focused in difficult situations
• Be able to run effective and productive meetings
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Able to use a range of communication skills and adapt these as necessary
• Must be a team player
• Ambitious and efficient attitude to work
