As an International Support Assistant our role covers a broad range of areas. To be successful within this role, you should be a good communicator, well-organised, happy to travel internationally, adaptable to change and be able to act without guidance whilst working as part of team. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to executive members and reporting into a Senior EA.
What you’ll be doing
• Diary Management.
• Travel arrangements: Including domestic and international travel.
• Email Management: Including taking action/responding where required.
• Meeting management, including arranging internal/externals rooms/venues, refreshments, preparation of meeting documentation, taking minutes, support with actions from meetings and so forth.
• Compile presentations, reports, correspondence, documents, emails, memos etc.
• Call management.
• Assisting with business development, follow-up on client meetings, ensuring relevant information is sent etc.
• Assistance with audits, reviews, inspections etc.
• Assist with internal/external events and marketing and attend events where necessary.
• Interrogation of software as required, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign etc.
• Completing timesheets and expenses claims
• Travel to other offices/sites as required.
• Cover other executive role(s) as required, holiday/sick leave etc.
• Assist corporate support team where required.
• Ad hoc duties.
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management .

What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in an administration support role
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in both English and Dutch
- Happy to travel to UK, Vienna and Hoorn in Netherlands as well as between sites in Groningen
- Has a full clean driving licence and own car
- Flexible can do attitude
