We are looking for a candidate to work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner and P&C Team focusing on the attraction of new Talent as well as helping to grow our online presence. 
 
What you’ll be doing
 
Talent Co-ordination / Resourcing
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across blu-3 to identify and understand each project and vacancy briefing.
  • Proactively source candidates through industry-specific channels, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Help maintain and optimise our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate candidate journeys, from initial contact to final on-boarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for ongoing and future projects.
  • Work closely with the P&C and Global Mobility team to ensure correct delivery of company policies and process.
  • Complete any necessary administrative duties as required within the Talent Acquisition space.

Social Media Content Creation

  • Help execute the blu-3 EVP strategy to promote blu-3’s employer brand, showcasing our projects, culture, and career opportunities.
  • Create engaging content (text, graphics, videos, posts) showcasing the standout work blu-3 achieves onsite and at head office.
  • Help to build a strong online presence demonstrating blu-3 as an employer of choice within the construction sector.
  • Monitor trends and engage with industry-related content to help position blu-3 as a thought leader.
  • Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns to inform future strategies.
  • Attend industry relevant events to stay ahead of industry change and innovation.

What we’re looking for
  • Role located in Kent with ideally 1 day a week in London (Bank). 
  • 1 – 2 years recruitment experience in either an in-house, RPO or agency capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Highly computer literate across MS-suite but also various social media channels.

  • Naturally inquisitive and with a drive to deliver excellent service.
  • Experience with using a CRM systems or a database system.
  • Awareness of current talent acquisition trends and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
