CSA Site Engineer

About The Role

As a Site Engineer you will support our international projects in technical, operational and commercial aspects. You will be an integral member of the site-based team and will be responsible for delivering packages of work to HSEQ, programme and commercial targets. You will be heavily involved in quality management and technical support functions.

What you’ll be doing

Managing parts of construction projects
Overseeing building work and undertaking site surveys
Setting out, surveys and checks
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Developing CAD/ design drawings for the clients and asset owners
Any other reasonable requests as required by Management
It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values

Engineering or Construction related degree or higher education
CSCS Card
Member of a professional institution
Commercial and programme awareness
