FIT-OUT PACKAGE MANAGER - BASED IN VIENNA, AUSTRIA

What you’ll be doing
• Build, develop, support and maintain the team
• Build and maintain a good relationship with the client and all external parties
• Monitor progress with up to date programmes so that timely clear direction can be given to the team on critical construction/financial targets
• Develop the Tender Programme into a construction programme
• Development, Management and Maintenance of Site Management Plan
• Identify and evaluate risks, determine and manage actions, maintain Risk Register
• Manage and control changes to scope, requirements, personnel
• Monitor progress against cost plans, programmes and quality/environmental plans
• Manage stakeholder engagement
• Develop and protect our subcontractor relationships and contribute to our recognition within the industry
• Manage the design
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management

What we’re looking for
- Experience in managing a package of works focusing on Fit-Out
- Ideally with experience in Data Center Market
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder management skills
- A sense pride in completing a task well and mentoring those around you to do the same
You'll have demonstrable experience operating within a similar role, looking after Fit Out Packages. You're computer literate with strong organisational and leadership skills.
