The Role

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll lead the strategic direction of health and safety across all UK and international projects. Working closely with regional teams to ensure operational alignment, legal compliance, and the continuous advancement of our safety performance—supporting our commitment to deliver every project to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive health & safety strategy across international and UK operations, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or professional qualification in construction, safety, or risk management (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH).
  • Senior leadership experience in construction or civil engineering, ideally with international exposure and experience in data centres.
  • Strong understanding of H&S legislation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, with a track record of delivering high standards across complex operations.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, coach senior leaders, and develop talent pipelines to build future safety leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing, forward-thinking organisation. If you're a strategic leader with a passion for safety excellence and team development, we’d love to hear from you.
