What you’ll be doing
As Package Manager you will be responsible for the management of small value construction sites or assist the Site Agent/Project Manager on larger value schemes, in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
• Maintain commercial performance of the contract
• Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects
• Produce, manage the project programme and supervise the delivery of it
• Understand and interpret drawings and specifications
• Provide engineering expertise and support to the project team
• Deliver end product to customer satisfaction
• Produce good quality, accurate monthly reports for the Client and internally
• Chair weekly site meetings in line with Company procedures
• Comply with Company procedures and legal obligations at all times, promoting best practices
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management

What we’re looking for
• Considerable experience in Civil Engineering
• Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering
• CSCS card
• Demonstrable experience within the role of Package Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• People and team management skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve high standards of compliance
• Ability to challenge designs
• Good level of attention to detail
• Proficient using IT Systems
• Honest and reliable
• Problem solving capabilities in line with the management expectation of the role.
