Our People and Culture Team are fundamental to the success of this vision so it’s only right that we have the best team in place to support. We’re looking for a People and Culture Coordinator to join us and provide administrative support across our People Team.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of all administration activities for the wider team, along with but not limited to the following:
- Taking ownership of the onboarding of new starters, to include tasks such as right to work checks, reference checks, induction scheduling and set up on Cezanne (HR System)
- Processing all internal movers and line manager changes, to include updating HRIS and org charts
- Supporting the People Team with processing leavers as needed
- Update employee records and Cezanne efficiently and accurately and ensure compliance with all confidentiality and data retention requirements
- Responsible for data accuracy and ad-hoc reporting through HR systems to ensure data is up to date and accurate at all times
- Act as a primary point of contact for the People and Culture team, organising and managing the People Team mailbox escalating items where required
- Managing the sickness process, ensuring return to works are completed on time and forms returned to the People Team

What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will have worked as a People / HR Administrator previously, CIPD would be an advantage but isn’t essential, we’d much rather someone process orientated with a keen eye for detail who has worked in busy role with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You’ll be passionate about your role, so taking pride in what you do comes naturally to you and you’re comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You’re super organised, work well in a team and operate with a growth mindset – you’re always looking to learn, evolve and develop.
