Our Graduate Programme
We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineering graduate with a mechanical/electrical focus, or a related degree programme graduate to come and join us.The role will be based across a variety of live construction projects in Europe.
Our graduate programme is a year long during which time we’ll nurture and develop both your behavioural and technical skills. You’ll have a chance to work across different projects and gain exposure to departments of our business, building technical knowledge and industry experience. You must be available to start by September 2024.
What you’ll be doing
- Review Project Documents (Scope of Works, Drawings, Specifications, Programmes, setting out, Quality, designs)
- Manage design outputs, creating TDIPs, registers
- Product identification from client specifications/employers’ requirements
- Managing supply Chain for design houses and competency matrix/ interface with BIM
- Raise EWN’s and RFI/TQ’s where appropriate.
- Understanding constructability /methodology and construction/design Programme.
- Understanding Value Engineering with sustainable construction.
- Build strong relationships with the Operations and Subcontractors team

What we’re looking for
- Engineering related degree of 2.1 or above
