About The Role

As a Project Planner your role will require you to work across multiple projects for both clients and contractors across Construction / Utilities and Infrastructure. KEY ROLE DELIVERABLES. Produce high quality programmes for both tenders and live projects, including pre-construction and construction phases. Monitor and control project effectiveness, key outputs trackers and advise of any deviation Assist project teams in delivering projects on time and on the most efficient manners. Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members. Identify changes in work scope in the project plan and produce impacted programmes. Develop claims for Extension of Time and narratives to support programmes. Ensure to convey required project data and information to project teams. Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports / dashboards for management. Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team. Any other reasonable requests as required by Management It is expected that all of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE A relevant degree qualification in engineering/construction or equivalent. Operational experience (i.e. site engineer/agent) together with experience of planning as a Project Planner ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills including writing reports and presenting Understanding of engineering principles Time Management and planning Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of planning software Strong problem solving Budget and financial management
