As a Project Manager you will be responsible for reporting to the Operations Manager on all project related HSEQ, Operational and Commercial issues. You will ensure that all company policies and procedures relevant to New Connections and Networks are adhered to. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all utility connection projects are managed in accordance with the company accredited systems including audits, variations and defects.
What you’ll be doing
· Ensuring that projects are undertaken in accordance with company SHEQand LRQA policies and procedures
· Ensuring that Technical and Health & Safety audits are undertaken asper audit plan - managing any non-conformance and corrective actions
· Liaising with clients, all statutory bodies, Utility Companies, DNO’s,IDNO’s, external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that the servicesdelivered by the company are fit for purpose
· Ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and to programme
· It is expected that all of your behaviours and day to day activitieswill be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values
· Receiveinstruction on behalf of the company and to issue instruction and providedirection in order to ensure the successful delivery of projects
· Buildand maintain successful teams

What we’re looking for
- HV electrical experience up to 400kV including cable installation, jointing and substation works
- Knowledge of solar, wind, and battery power connections
- SMSTS or equivalent
- NVQ level 4 or equivalent
- NRSWA Supervisor (preferred)
- Experience in general civils works as well as carriageway works and local authority engagement/notices
- Understanding and experience in cost plans and cost control of projects
- NJUG, SSEN, National Grid and UK Power Networks guidelines
