About The Role

Executive Assistant - Between Hoorn / Groningen / UK (On Occasion) 
FLUENT IN DUTCH / ENGLISH

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to be part of our highly valued Corporate Support Team, working alongside our Chief Operations Officer, supporting our work in the Netherlands. We are looking for a diligent, bi-lingual Executive Assistant to be a right hand support to our international leaders.  
 
The Role: 
 
• Diary Management.
• Travel arrangements: Including domestic and international travel.
• Email Management: Including taking action/responding where required.
• Meeting management, including arranging internal/externals rooms/venues, refreshments, preparation of meeting documentation, taking minutes, support with actions from meetings and so forth.
• Compile presentations, reports, correspondence, documents, emails, memos etc.
• Call management.
• Assisting with business development, follow-up on client meetings, ensuring relevant information is sent etc.
• Assistance with audits, reviews, inspections etc.
• Assist with internal/external events and marketing and attend events where necessary.
• Interrogation of software as required, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, In-Design etc.
• Completing timesheets and expenses claims
• Travel to other offices/sites as required.
• Cover other executive role(s) as required, holiday/sick leave etc.
• Assist corporate support team where required.
• Ad hoc duties.
• Any other reasonable requests as required by Management .
• It is expected that all of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values.

What we’re looking for
  • Fluent In Dutch / English
  • Able to travel between Hoorn Office and Groningen Sites 
  • Has experience supporting at Senior Management Level  
  • Adaptable to suit the working style of those they support.
  • Ideally with a background in Construction but can be open on industry for the right candidate
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Able to commit to the role full time 
  • Use their initiative, nothing too much trouble and a hands on attitude 
  • A team Player - work well with other departments and team players
  • Have the ability to judge a context, make connections and build relationship
  • Excellent communications and influencing skills 
  • Have superb organisational and administration skills
  • Confident when working under pressure
  • Be self-motivated, able to work independently, with the ability to multitask
  • A creative problem solver; proactively seeking and acting upon feedback
  • Numerical - able to work with excel and numerical details
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and ideally Adobe packages.
  • Have proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • Be able to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to ensure requirements are carried out
